Report to the Führer on Combating Partisans

Yesterday I hit a snag in my article when I could not find a document that Holocaust Denial on Trial, or HDoT, was referencing to bolster a claim that Hitler knew about the alleged mass extermination of Jewish people. Thankfully the helpful and knowledgeable people from the CoDoH Forum helped me out.

I was provided with the document. Why HDoT or their sources would not make this readily available one can only speculate. There are arguments against the authenticity of this document. It’s not difficult to imagine the Soviet Union forging documents for propaganda purposes. Since the authenticity of the document can not be wholly confirmed or denied I will accept the document as authentic for the sake of argument.

I was also informed that Carlo Mattogno analizes this document in his book, The Einsatzgruppen in the Occupied Eastern Territories—Genesis, Missions and Actions. This is something I should have thought of, to be honest.

Mattogno uses available reports and claims from orthodox Holocaust historians to test the feasibility of the number of victims and he find major inconsistencies and shortfalls. He concludes; “The figures reported in the report dated 28 December 1942 are, therefore, for the most part, greatly exaggerated and in some cases probably invented from whole cloth.” Does this mean that Jews could have been executed? Yes. However, this revelation is not the gotcha that HDoT was angling for. I will explain why later on.

There is also the matter of physical evidence to back up what the documents say. The orthodox Holocaust historians lack proof of mass graves and evidence to support the claim that the Einsatzgruppen burned the bodies through ‘Aktion 1005’.

But let’s cut HDoT some more slack and pretend that this number of 363,211 is legitimate. I will ignore the possibility of forgery, the fact that the number is inconsistent with other reports and the fact there is no physical trace of the remains of the alleged victims. I will grant the premises that 363,211 Jews were executed and Hitler knew about it. Even with all that leeway this document that was shown to Hitler doesn’t offer proof of a systematic plan to exterminate European Jews.

How? You may ask. The answer is in the title of the report. Namely the word ‘partisans’. Partisans are a legitimate target during war time. HDoT is taking advantage of the fact that Allied propaganda efforts have most people believing that action against Jews in Germany was irrational and done for no reason at all. Because people believe this they will miss the the fact that the report is about partisans and assume that it is talking about killing innocent civilians.

The threat Jews posed to Germany is a big topic and beyond the scope of this article. Some outside sources can help enlighten one on this subject. There is this recording on the role of Jews in the Bolshevik revolution. Remember that several countries in Europe, including Germany, were under threat of communist takeover and the Allies sided with the murderous Soviet Union to fight against the anti-Communist Germans. Therefore the execution of 363,211 enemies of war hardly constitutes as an act of genocide and HDoT’s use of Himmler’s report to prove the Holocaust and implicate Hitler in it falls flat. As Lamprecht from the CoDoH forum puts it: “There were millions of civilian deaths in Germany, Poland, and the USSR during the Second World War, no need for any “Holocaust” to account for this. Without the so-called “extermination camps” and homicidal gas chambers, there is no “Holocaust.” If Jews being shot on the Eastern front during the bloodiest war in human history is a “Holocaust” then there are countless other “Holocausts” in human history that should be treated with the same degree of remembrance.”
